Same problem happens with other programs that use older gtk+
(inkscape, wireshark...). I just set PSI to ignore them.

Not really.

 Will the next release of Gimp have an up-to-date version of GTK?

Apparently Secunia PSI is a Windows package, so you would most likely 
need the current Gimp windows build.

 Apparently Secunia PSI is a Windows package, so you would most likely  need the current Gimp windows build. What Gimp version did you install?
