Hi, I heard that Gimp has it's own session managment, i.e. the windows are placed at the same positions I placed them bevore I closed the gimp. This doesn't work on my computer (SuSE 7.0 and Gimp 1.2). What must I do to get it right? Thanks, Jan -- ETES - Espenhain & Theof

Hello, I used the gimp version 1.1.27 and today i downloaded the version 1.1.29. In both versions, the session managment with the windows doesn't work on my computer. The option is enabled in the settings of course. I also tried to delete the actual settings, but that doesn't help
