Hi,
a new situation.
I oncemore deleated everything that belongs to gimp, gtk and glib.
I freshly unpacked everything and reinstalled it.
This time the installation of glib and gtk was OK.
The gimp is configurated and I did "make" and "make install".
The last one failed.

I had problems compiling 1.1.5 ( the newest one ) where it would fail during
the PDL compilation on file ppport.h not existing, I am running a FRESH full
install of Mandrake 7.0, which includes the newest version of Perl-PDL 2.003

Any suggestions? Or is this a bug?
