In Windows, you can change the default programs for particular filetypes
at: " Settings > Apps > Default Apps".
Watch out, though - if you right-click a file and say "always use this
program to open these file types" it will then set the default to whatever
you choose as well. :\

Umm. Just a friendly warning: If you don't know what you are doing ***DO NOT
mess around with REGEDIT or Registry edits***.
Instead, look at the image you posted, the one with the big red arrow.
