I'm having lots of issues with the 32bit tiffs that come out of G'MIC
CLI processing in Linux (Kubuntu 16.10 in my case).
They don't open properly in GIMP, or most any other software. There is
clearly something going wrong somewhere, but I'm not sure where to file

Have you tried a different theme? (search for "gimp themes") Running
2.8.14 under windows 10 and have no problems. The active menu item goes
to a darker grey and from white to bluish text. If an submenu item isn't
available, text is dark grey and there is no hover option.

There is no testing whatsoever done for random builds of the development
branch at rando
Being a retired railroader I like Trainz simulator. I am trying to reskin a

I'm trying to write a script that'll generate 16-bit heightmap data from 2-color
"voxel stacks" using GIMP 2.9 (from partha's place). Is it possible to assign
16-bit color data using a Python script, or anywhere in GIMP?? It seems like,
despite technically supporting 16-bit data, none of the colour

You'd use the command line "convert" tool.
Use ImageMagick's mogrify instead
Be careful of using mogrify instead of convert. IIRC, mogrify

ImageMagick won't be able to handle them.
In that case one has to resort to scripting the c
