I's there a way to "adjust" the rulers in the viewer window?
What I mean is, instead of having "0,0" in the upper-left hand corner of an
image, can you re-position the ruler to where "0,0" is somewhere else on the
image?

Now, I can't move anything. Not even the layer that is highlighted. The only
thing that will move is the background.
Is something different?
