You can set a shortcut to the menu command that activates selection stroking, but you still have to confirm stroking settings. Alternatively, you could use Inkscape that has a nice text tool and easy drawing of geometric shapes. It really depends on a few factors like whether the circles should be pretty or geometrically correct. If you only need those circles around text for yourself, brush/pencil could do the work. [Gimp-user] a question about drwaing circles!
i have a question, imaging im in terrible hurry to draw an empty circle around a text and go on for others, whats the fastest way??? something like this: http://up.vatandownload.com/images/vgv2kprqm8bckk6yfhy.jpg i already know some ways, for example: using "Border" (in Select menu) or "Stroke Selection" (in Edit menu) i want the "fastest way", those two ways need too many delays. my teacher read the book fast and i should draw as fast as him. thank you all in advance -- Mehrdad (via gimpusers.com) ___ gimp-user-list mailing list gimp-user-list@gnome.org http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gimp-user-list
