Step3: Right clicking on the white widget (or whatever its called) will
allow windows users to select forground or background colours bypassing the
need to set values manually.

I tried downloading and installing it in my plugins directory
(copied to ~/.gimp-1.2/plu
you need to have the pdl (perl data language) http://pdl.perl.org/ for
many (not all) of the perl plug-ins to work.

I now have this plugin working
I was stuffing up the command but now it woks very well
I perl installed the gimp data extras and gimp 1.2.?
