If I saw good, the Automatic White Balance function uses
"gimp-color-balance".
But I don't know, how to parameterize to get same effect that the GIMP do
when I clicking to the Menu.
Or is it not a constant value (it is recalculated by GIMP before function
calling)?

Hi Gimp-user,
I found the Palettes Dialog on the ToolBox by clicking the tiny arrow on the
right-hand side with a pop-up "Configure this tab", then clicked "Add
Tab". In the list was "Palettes Dialog", and "Colormap".
I looked on the Image Window at the various menu items and didn't see
them. Is
