I'm sure thats what happened. The lady that took the pictures is not real computer literate. I asked her that this morning, she is checking. Mean while I'll try dcraw, also if I have to I'll boot XP and I have a canon camera maybe I can open it there. Thanks again. -- Russ Linux register user 441463 ___ Gimp-user mailing list Gimp-user@lists.XCF.Berkeley.EDU https://lists.XCF.Berkeley.EDU/mailman/listinfo/gimp-user

[Gimp-user] New file type
I received an image from a user of a Canon camera. It has a .epp file extension. I've tried opening it with GIMP, Krita and XnView, none recognize it. Does anyone know of a Linux program that opens it. I also tried Photoshop on XP with no luck. -- Russ Linux register user 441463 ___ Gimp-user mailing list Gimp-user@lists.XCF.Berkeley.EDU https://lists.XCF.Berkeley.EDU/mailman/listinfo/gimp-user
