Dev.pm comes with PDL. How did you install PDL? Most rpm's of PDL floating
around exclude a few "unnecessary" files. Building it from source usualy
remedies that problem.

In additional to my prev. post:
PDL-2.005 (also *.tar.gz from CPAN) has this module
too. I think, Debian *.rpm contains "cutted"
variant...

I just check my version of  PDL (PDL-2.003, *.tar.gz
version from CPAN) -- it
contains this module in /Core/Base path
