How do I figure out what make git commit run slow (43seconds for 2 file of 336kB totals) ? This basically slow on every commit. All files are on my local machine. Below are the capture: (489)$ git status On branch feature/xyzz_prototype/0 Your branch is ahead of 'origin/feature/xyzz_prototype'

Hi Hardi, The Git project is actually multiple projects... The primary Git project 'upstream' is at the list Git List with archive at https://public-inbox.org/git/ It is a 100% plain text list. All emails containing HTML are auto deleted as spam. It is good to follow to see the big issues.
