thank for the answer. i google for git deploy tool or some workflow. many 
people use git-hooks as their depployment tools. do you have any reference 
or reference to working with git-hooks especially for windows server.

You look for a tool to help with deployment.  Git is for version
control; it's not a deployment tool!

That said, quite a lot of people are using git for deployment, I'm sure
you can find inspiration here http://bfy.tw/3EVi ;)
