Where did you find this config/ folder? I am also looking to change the
timezone that it uses to display the commits to the local time of the user
that is viewing it.

installation. Where this is located depends on how you installed
Gitorious, but you can generally find Rakefile, Gemfile, app/, test/,
lib/ in the same folder as the aforementioned config/ folder.

I am just using a repository on the standard gitorious.org server
(i.e. I am not running my own instance of Gitorious). Is there a way
to change this option in this case?
