Hello folks,
The first part of the Jenkins upgrade has now begun. The Jenkins server is now
on quiet mode. No new builds will be scheduled. I will be shuting down Jenkins
in the next 1h to begin the upgrade.

I've installed Ovirt-engine with Glusterfs-only component on an existing
Gluster server, it doesn't seem to pick up any volumes or existing Gluster
configuration whatsoever.
It has also installed a bunch of packages on this server - not sure I'd want
that in production.
I'll keep looking for so

Yes, the ovirt-engine. It's a Java web based app running on Jboss - yes, a
bit heavy.

OVirt (oVirt.org) has a web interface to help manage your gluster setup. It
can be installed in a gluster only mode if you don't want the
virtualization features.

All the patches are up in master. I guess few patches need some brushing. Would
like to get this in 3.11.
Will try my best to finish by Apr 27 EO

I think it is a continued effort. But good to mention about this in 3.11
release notes IMO.
Agreed. Will handle it as such and added
I'd say for gfapi to find the size of the volume just call glfs_stat on
it. That should give you everything you need :)

We didn't have the options set that the first two reviews were about.

partition. I've got loads of volumes on the same partition.

It does. Doesn't it ? (for a single volume - one at a time)

Hello,
No, not as client. I want to get the size of all the volumes on my cluster.
I had hoped "gluster volume status detail" would tell me this, but it does not.
I need to mount all the volumes and run df to find out.
I am not a coder, not sure how to use gfapi.

I assume that you want to get the size from a client machine, rather
than nodes from trusted storage pools. If so, you can use gfapi to do a
fstat and can get the size of the volume.

Hello,
Is there a way with gluster tools to show size of a volume?
I want to avoid mounting volumes and running df.
