I would recommend that you don't. There are a pile of people
who will swear they never have problems with labels
FYI to anyone who is in a similar situation (unhappy Outlook users),
Meetingmaker's Outlook plugin is working pretty well so far for us.
The Outlook users are happy. I'm happy because the complaining has
mostly stopped. I've even gotten some enthusiastic reactions.
