It is, which changes strings, i.e. breaks the string freeze. I get
confused sometimes too. :)
(For the record, I hesitated
I thought string freeze break was only when new strings were
added...modifying or marking as translatable an existing one was not a
break (this second case always surprised me...).
Which are the cases we should consider a freeze break?
