Sure. Wiki is fine. I wasn't aware that it was country-specific, which certainly affects its proper placement. Probably that detail would be useful--as in, "Here is a quick how-to for managing GST in Genovia. It may also prove useful for other jurisdictions, such as Latveria and Wakanda."
