I have a couple of managed securities accounts which typically have a lot of
transactions involving switching in and out of proprietary ETFs for which
public quotes are not readily available.
I am tired of trying to keep track of all of these transactions in GnuCash.

What you read is clearly obsolete because `--enable-hbci` is for the autotools
build system that we don't use anymore. We now use cmake and AQBanking is
enabled by default if AQBanking is found.

It is not a list issue; it will be specific users or MUAs causing it.
I know that when I responded to mail from my Android phone in the past it
would dethread. (This was a while ago -- don't know if it still does
that).

Also experiencing the same issue when using Evolution as the mail client on
Linux Mint. I mainly use the Nabble interface to reply to emails but also
have them coming up in my email server (usually not threaded but it is an
option) to alert me when new messages are posted and the threads
