I made a custom stamp in Acrobat Pro containing the EFT details. I now print the invoice to PDF, add the stamp and done. This is far from ideal, but at least it gets me where I want. I had tried with and without the note I had in the notes section, made no difference to my results. I have noted that the "Extra Notes", while available in the report options, do not appear on the pdf invoice, whether my old saved Au Tax Invoice, or the new supplied Australian tax invoice.
