I feel we really missed the point. These are the rituals which will not benefit
dead person nor his/her family.
Biblically, prior to our death we have to surrender to Christ in order to be
saved.
About the second coming, Bible says For the Lord himself shall descend from
heaven
We Christians have got very limited knowledge about the Word of God (Bible). As
parents, we never encourage our children to read it neither do we read it. We
have taken it for granted and hence we are unable to tell what is right or
wrong.
