I am utterly flabbergasted by the comments of the erudite even mentioned in the Portuguese press dr. Jason Keith Fernandes. Goans are told even today that Goa is honky dory after the 'liberation'. So what is dr. Jason Keith Fernandes up to? Sure Fred Noronha must be upset too!   Regards   BC -
