I agree entirely with Soter.
Anyone who calls Rajan Parrikar an arm chair critic is significantly
ignorant of Rajan and Goa.
I am one who does not always agree with Rajan's choice of words.
Make no mistake however, Rajan's love for his Goa is unmistakable.
No sensible Goan will confuse Rajan's
