I went and deleted all attachments in older issues but it did not help
to free up space (and all of them still have 'undelete' option). Is it
possible to actually clear up space of the deleted

shared same space as the project at large and was not aware of a
different quota for issue attachments. Attaching test code to an issue
itself was a localized, easy way of doing it. Now that I know space is
