I noticed already that https is required - as said I'm new to Google code. If I try to change a revprop (no, I'm not an owner) I get a message that the property is not UTF-8 encoded - even when I submit an empty message. To me this seems to partially work - at least it doesn't say I'm not allowed

Perhaps this is also a good reason to switch to mercurial.  :-) I like SVN and I think I'll stay with it :-) Either that, or use a much older local svn server that isn't doing UTF8 enforcement on revprops. That's my last resort if the owner doesn't find some time to do the update. Thanks for
