The code is open-source and hosted on github. When github stopped
supporting downloads, I switched to using code.google.com for downloads
not realizing that I needed to move the source code as well. It
would've been nice to receive some kind of notification before getting
shut off.

FWIW we don't have a problem with you hosting the code on GitHub and the
downloads on code.google.com, as long as it's clear that the code is
available somewhere, perhaps with large text on the front page pointing to
the repo on GitHub.

You account was banned for having downloads without corresponding source
code available. code.google.com is intended for collaborative development,
and if the source code is not available there can't be any collaboration.
