Flickr provide 1TB of photo storage free, so that’s an option. There’s a few other services too. I guess it depends what you actually use Picasa for. Personally, I’m leaving my stuff in Google Photos - I can’t be bothered to move to an alternative service when there seems little point to do

So it depends what you’re talking about. If you’re talking about Picasa the desktop application (where you edit your photos) then it will continue working. My wife also uses Picasa to view/edit images, and with the Wordpress plugin uploads images directly to her site. All of this is basically
