As I know Google does not support the Google Charts API after May 2015.
At the moment it is not allowed to download the API dll and use it locally.
But how will this be handled after May next year ?

Basically I have a page that I use inside another page in many cases.
I cannot get over this issue, probably I need to refactoring my project if I
want to use Google chart or find an equivalent solution :-(
I googled the issue but I did not find anything good.

Google Finance does not use the Visualization API for its charts. It looks
similar to the Annotated Timeline, but they are not the same.
If you want to duplicate some of the features of that chart, you will have
to custom code them. The Annotated Timeline is probably not the chart you
want
