Currently the AnnotationChart is limited to doing just what the old
flash-based AnnotatedTimeline chart did. The datatable is limited to the
same format as well, which doesn't allow for tooltips. Next steps will
further generalize this base functionality, and unify the datatable format
with that

Can't find any such option.
Also what can be done if i want to display additional information along
with the legend on top. i.e. just as legend values change on hovering over
data points..i want to pass additional information for each datapoin
