Configure the server to use GZIP compression. It reduced my
*.cache.html from 400kb to 150kb. You might see a reduction to ~60kb.
Also, make sure you send an HTTP Expires header with all *.cache.html
files with a date way in the future.

Localy takes 2-3 seconds. (this is also the time I get roughly when
loading the site normaly with part of it cached).
Your site also loads in about 2 seconds or less.

Depending on the results, it might indicate that it's not the size but the
processing which is the problem. Does it take a similar time to load
locally?
