I used debuild -S to create .changes file. After that tested with
pbuilder-dist and finally uploaded the source.changes file

Using the debian.tar.gz that Rashad provided, I created 6.4.3RC2 builds
for ubuntu precise(12.04), quantal(12.10) and raring(13.04).
