I had to reinstall Windows and I decided to install gregorio once again.
I installed MiKTeX (64-bit), and all suggested updates.
In addition to that I installed miktex-gregorio and gregorio packages using
MiKTeX Package Manager.
Now I'm unable to generate the PDF:
$> *lualatex --shell-escape form

you sure you're using a font which has the appropriate variations?

Can you please run system-setup.bat and post the resulting log file?
I'm going to need to try and duplicate your setup with one of VMs as the
attached files work just fine for me.

Now that you mention it, none of the italics are appearing, either in the
translation line or in the body of the text. I;m using Palatino, so something
is amiss. I will look into it. Clearly it is not gregorio itself.

The log is attached.
During its creation I saw one error: Term 'where' is not recognized and a
lot (over 20) errors Term 'findstr' is not recognized.
I created the log on a computer with polish OS, so there are errors in
polish:
