My dress form is wearing a bodice for an Italian Renaissance gown. In
particular Bronzino's A Daughter of Matteo Sofferoni.
I realized that I had make this when I discovered that I had green wool and
yellow polished cotton that matched the dress.

Mine is wearing a plastic bag poncho. Mostly I've been sewing for the
kids, who are relatively easy to fit (they're almost 4) although I did
make a poly-fleece coif for my mother, who complains of chills in the

I've got black velvet and gold silk to make one out of.
Saw it Friday. It's great, and visually stunning. We get some fun new
costumes with the girls from Beauxbatons and the guys from Durmstrang, and, of
course, the formal robes for the Yule Ball.
