Hi Vincent Thanks for your reply and pointing me in the right direction. I have a Squid cache as APT cache. And can see that sudo add-apt-repository ppa:vbernat/haproxy-2.7 tries to go direct to the internet. So you was right that it was an "internet problem" as the it was blocked by the
