Something further to my previous post on this. WMR have had their relaunch postponed
again as this message on their webpage is suggesting:
New offices and a new on-air studio has been completed in February 2004 preparing for
the relaunch of WMR in March 2004. A new 10 kW short wave
Several interesting logs heard on Sunday with diferent equipment.
Noticed after each log
BRAZIL 11815 R. Brasil Central with sports program 34433 , S8!
Several other stations have been heard laso on 60 m with fair signals
LIangas feb 29 Thessaloniki Greece with ICOM R75+16 m dipole

Here is my special logging of Australia for this week.
Australia
15405 HCJB Australia, Kununurra, March 01, 12.30 -12.32 UT, male announcer
in english ID of the relay station HCJB; female announcer in english the
begin of english service; song introducing program of the day at 12.32 UT
Tested from 0810 and till now but i heard only R Romania Intl or R
Romania Actualitati with reports on social democrats and pop songs
at 1825.
Signal on ICOM using both antennas with S9+10 , good signal also on
degen DE1102 . No null could be found with this very good signal on
1102
Could you be more specific as to time Tom? Here in St. Louis also in the Midwest
I've been hearing Malagasy Republic signing on at 0300 almost nightly. I don't
hear your low talker on 3340 though, perhaps due to my urban, electrically noisy,
location.

Concerning station on 3340 Khz w/ sign on at @ 0300 GMT, here's the
list of candidates that have emerged.
1) Uganda ?
2)Malagasy Republic
3)Honduras ?
4)Harmonic of 1670Khz ( I just added that to make this list more
interesting ;-) )
The only logging I have seen on 3340 is a flea powered
