In 1974 I was a 15 year old DXer with CIDX (and by the time I was 17 I was
with SPEEDX...)
and occasionally we would have a 12 or 13 year old keener that would post
logs to the various
columns of defunct clandestine stations that hadn't been on the air for a
couple of years.
We used Allied, Hallic
33, almost 34 years old.. im a young whipper snapper. We all learned
somehow... somewhere.. sometime. .and like I said, I try to apply knowledge
i've learned as a broadcaster :)

Paul is what we call in this hobby -- a YOUNG DXer - and currently young

Tropical band DXing is not something I am very familiar with. Having

Glenn Hauser and other reports due to an ownership dispute. They have been
sounding better than in recent years so perhaps some maintenance was done as
