Charter just upgraded their max service to 25 Mbps downloads and 3 Mbps on uploads. Now, they are telling me I need a new cable modem to get the max benefit. They say I need a DOCSIS 3.0 and want to either rent me one or sell me one for $99. What is a good modem I can get for myself? I
