This problem just came up out of the blue last week. Now I am having a problem with have the Gmail go into the mail PST file used for other accounts. Like you I was using pop severs and they just stopped. So maybe a month ago I tried Imap which I do not like as Outlook sets up its own data for every separate address but it worked. I use a NORDVPN and it cause problems for gmail so since gmail is not my main email I only check gmail couple times a week after I turn off NORVPN. Works for me. Using outlook 2019 Try letting outlook find servers (don't manually input), you just put address and password when asks. Hello all, Is there a fix for Outlook not accessing Gmail anymore? First Outlook was unable to access Gmail at all, then used the direct IP address for the Gmail server and now it asking for passwords over and over.
