[ha-Safran]: E-books?
Dear librarians: Do any of you have information about making e-books available to library patrons? We are a synagogue library looking into the possibility of (1) offering a few e-book titles to our patrons or (2) offering some reference materials on an e-book basis (e.g. certain JPS commentaries) or (3) offering a single e-book title that many people could read at one time either for a class or for a congregational reading program. Any info or experience that you can share? Thanks in advance. Robin Jacobson (email address below). [ha-Safran]: E-Books
I am interested in E-Books. How do small libraries such as synagogues and day school libraries manage circulation of E-Books? - Heather Lenson Librarian at Ratner Media and Technology Center Jewish Education Center of Cleveland 216-371-8288 hlen...@jecc.org --- Messages and opinions expressed on Hasafran are those of the individual author and are not necessarily endorsed by the Association of Jewish Libraries (AJL) === Submissions for Ha-Safran, send to: hasaf...@osu.edu SUBscribing, SIGNOFF commands send to: Listproc @ lists.acs.ohio-state.edu Questions, problems, complaints, compliments;-) send to: galron.1 @ osu.edu Ha-Safran Archives: Current: http://www.mail-archive.com/hasafran%40lists.acs.ohio-state.edu/maillist.html History: http://www.mail-archive.com/hasafran%40lists.acs.ohio-state.edu/history.html AJL HomePage http://www.JewishLibraries.org
[ha-Safran]: e-books in Hebrew for high school students
Does anyone know of literature-based e-books in Hebrew, either books originally in Hebrew or books which are translated from English? I am interested in those which are available online for free as well as for a fee. Thank you.
