I am ready to upload GLUT-2.1.2.2, which only differs from 2.1.2.1 by the
last line of the GLUT.cabal file (see below).
What about Windows and MacOS? I see the latest GLUT.cabal (2.3.0.0) has
special handling here for os(windows) and os(darwin).
