I am trying to using TopupPreprocessingAll.sh on my own EPI data. I have looked
TopupPreprocessingAll.sh line 254
${FSLDIR}/bin/fslmaths ${WD}/TopupField -mul 6.283 ${WD}/TopupField
What is this 6.283, do I need make change according to my acquisition setting?

It is the conversion factor from Hz to radians/sec: 2*pi = 6.283
You want to leave that as is.

This is not released yet. If you call bedpostx or xfibres without any parameters
Thats a question for Stam, but if you want 3 fibers, you would need to run --nf=3.
