Interestingly I had set the path to Freesurfer v6, but the script was calling
on Freesurfer 5.3.0-HCP. After deleting the Freesurfer 5.3.0-HCP folder, the

I have been running the FreeSurferPipelineBatch script (v4 of the HCP pipeline)
and I'm getting an error saying that nu_correct: crashed while running
nu_evaluate. I didn't encounter this same issue with the previous version of
the pipeline script. I've attached the recon-all.log
