Unfortunately the text annotations from the scene I think you are talking about are basically "pasted onto" the surface used in the scene. While we have commands to resample other kinds of data, we don't have a way to do the same operations to annotations that are attached to a surface. Tim On

You can find the parcellation on the 32k_fs_LR mesh here: https://balsa.wustl.edu/file/show/3VLx You can resample the parcellation to a given subjects native mesh by using the reverse of the process used to bring data from the native mesh to the standard mesh (i.e. reversing the spheres).

[HCP-Users] HCP MMP (Glasser et al Atlas) on native surfaces?

2018-06-07 Thread Jacob Miller
Hi all, I am interested in performing an analysis on the correspondence of regions from the Glasser multi-modal parcellation atlas to additional anatomical and functional features. Is this parcellation available on native (or the fs_LR32k) surfaces in the HCP data? If so, I have been unable to

On a standard mesh anatomical surface the vertex spacing is non-uniform across the surface. If you used the spheres you could get a uniform number of vertices (though now the patches would cover different total areas). Probably the uniform in mm approach (on the midthickness with appropriate

Well! I did it by using -label-resample and it worked; now is there a way to import the annotations from the *.scene file that contains the labels? I am exclusively talking about the "all areas map" from the Multi Modal Parcellation On Wed, Jun 6, 2018 at 11:15 PM, Timothy Coalson wrote: > For
