An important thing to consider with Hexayurt designs is that there is NO
definitive plan. (Yet) This was something I believe Vinay encouraged as it
would create variation, experimentation and decentralization of Hexayurt
designs. I have built three Hexayurts over the years (H12 and H5) out of

Yes. Thanks. Immediately I found this one:

Can see the support frame, but am seeing no dimensions. And do not see how
many pieces of OSB are needed and how each is cut. Will keep digging. Maybe

flat, they would tile nicely, be hexagonal in shape, and draw the eyes to
the roof design nicely.
But, I've not tested it, nor would I have any idea how you would fasten the
hexayurt down safely for weather ...
So ...
Thanks, Lord P.
What I am looking for is a design for an OSB deck that would sit atop
blocks or posts.

I built a h12, and put it up on a 2' tall hexagon of cinderblocks for a
while, and that worked nicely, with sticks in the cinderblock holes on the
inside, to deal with wind, and ratcheting straps for the outside. Had to
get creative with the door, though.
