I'm trying to do the following using TestPanel:
- start a receiving connection
- send an ORR_O02 (v 2.5) to TestPanel itself
The result is that the receiving connection hangs without generating any
ACK message.
The ORR message is the following:
MSH|^~\&|20130206134720.557+0100||ORR^O02^ORR_O0
Now I see, opening the TestPanel Log Console I see the following message:
Unexpected Message Received. This message appears to be an acknowledgement
(MSA-2 has a value) so it will be ignored.
But AFAIK for an ORR message, the MSA-2 has to be valued and shall contain the
message id of the origina

I think you may have stumbled on a bug in the core HAPI library. Would you
mind to submit this as a ticket on Sourceforge? Probably wouldn't be too
difficult to solve, and seems like something that should be fixed for the
current release cycle.
