Did you look into using WinGate? I've never tried it myself, but the people
who use it seem to
tried wingate, tried winroute, both gave me BSOD with their xx.sys files on
startup :/

If you are using a hardware router, souch as the Linksys
BEFSR41/BEFSR11/BEFSRU31, you can set an internal ip to be the 'DMZ' or
'DeMilitarizedZone' which allows you to host servers, it basically exposes
the DMZ to the actual ip.
