I wonder if they'll add the engine updates from CS:CZ to HL. Surely it would
just be a straight forwards port and some bug testing as CS is already based
on the HL engine that we all get. Is there any technical details on what
they've added to the engine? All i know so far is that they've enhanced the
models a bit allowing for things like transparencies and such.

will be out shortly after the client release and will contain updates to the
current SDK code base, along with the Ricochet code.

You will not have to rebuild your MOD for it to work with the new engine

and to enable the new cheat check ;)

Read it again.  It says no where in there that the SDK would be released WITH
the 1.1.1.0 engine or CS 1.5 update.  All it says is that the Ricochet Mod
source will be included in the SDK.  It also says that Ricochet will be part of
the 1.1.1.0 engine update (at least that's the way I read it).  It doesn't say
that the updates and the SDK will be released at the same time.  You're reading
too much into it.
