If he follows through, looks like I'm going to be hanging out on Hutch's

Hello all,
I would like to enquiry about where no weapon spread would stand on a quick
play server. No weapon spread does not add a tag so would not disqualify the
server but what would valves opinion on this be ?
Thank

Well, I think it would be okay. What would disqualify you is if you
modified your server to not show tags when it would normally. Also, No
weapon spread would be insane. Long range SMG anyone? You should probably
try no RANDOM weapon spread instead.

Valve has already made it clear by not
including tf_use_fixed_weaponspreads in the list of disallowed cvars that
it's perfectly acceptable to run.
Why would you bother to ask about a policy that's already clearly stated on
their website?
You should learn your cvars before you advise, Zach.

From what i saw on the valve website it is stated servers should be vanilla as
possible, this is why i decided to ask as a fixed weapon spread would not be
classed as vanilla.
Thank you.

I can't see that ever happening on any relevant scale and I don't see it as
a good business practice to reveal up-coming tweaks and or new additions
that may or may not happen due to surrounding circumstances and server
issues.
New game releases are obviously spammed throughout industry, game
