Sadly I think this is likely true. I saw something on the sourcemod forums that purported to be a fix for the radar, but I don't run sourcemod so I can't say if it works or not. It may be that they aren't putting a fix as high priority since there is a community fix available. It really is very

I think the fix you saw was for fixing the UpdateRadar overflow by creating multiple user messages if the message is over 254 bytes (instead of flooding the console). Regardless, this bug is practically destroying league games (Radar is pretty critical to gameplay). Imagine what would happen if

I can replicate this every time on my local srcds, with or without plugins. Start server. I used cs_office, 32 man server. In server.cfg I have bot_quota 31 bot_quota_mode fill so there are lots of bots and they don't leave when the player does. I don't know if this is important but seems it

Hmmm. Start a server using -tcp command line argument and see if is listed. The idea is that the game server can connect to a CM server using UDP or TCP protocols. Seems that the first one is preferred when the game server is started, but may switch to TCP if something goes wrong. Maybe
