If you map on some projects such as http://tasks.hotosm.org/project/1086 or
http://tasks.hotosm.org/project/1396# any tiles marked completed will be
validated by myself. There are other projects that have a validator
sitting on them but I'm not aware of them.

I've seen all the discussion recently about new mappers and I just wanted to
chime in as a new mapper. I have tried once or twice to make sure that I was
doing the right thing, but ultimately have not felt confident to continue
